From the various balconies you are able to enjoy those quiet moments reading your favourite novel or just soaking up the sun. Villa 14 is situated in an area called Santa Eulalia located not far from the the town centre of Albufeira.
Take a short walk to enjoy a meal at any one of the many restaurants followed by
a night out in the vibrant "Old Town" or on the "strip" (a road famous for it´s bars
and restaurants).
The closest beach is Praia Santa Eulalia, only a 5 minute drive, or at most a 20
minute walk away. The sand is fine and has a bright white colour.It is exceptionally
clean and offers beach bars, a small shop and ample parking.
Golf. You could argue that The Algarve is the golfing capital of Europe. There are 5 golf courses locally and countless others in the surrounding area. Only a 15 minute drive takes you to the resort of Vilamoura, where you can enjoy many top class courses or enjoy the outstanding Marina full of bars, restaurants, shops,etc.
Villa 14 is a new for 2009, it´s a very modern 4 bedroom property that sleeps 8 comfortably. Situated in Albufeira,it offers everything that you could possibly wish for to enjoy that well deserved break in the sun. The heated pool is set in a private garden with a BBQ area which is ideal for alfresco dining at it´s best. Sun loungers are scattered around the pool side, ideally placed to spend those long sunny days which are so typical of the Algarve. If you prefer the warmth but not the direct sunlight you can simply push a button to extend the 6m sun canopy.
